We have chosen the name ‘Parinama’ for our School, as this word means 'transformation or change' in Sanskrit (the ancient language of India) and, in a wider context, ‘development and evolution’ – a concept that defines the Yoga path.
Georgina Kladi was born in Athens in 1988. She started individual Yoga classes in 2002 because of asthma. The improvement to her health was so impressive that she was driven to delve into this path. Subsequently, she commit to go through and complete the Yoga Teacher Training Course in 2013 (Sivananda International School of Yoga, India). Then, she founded The Parinama Yoga School in 2013 and it has since operated continuously to this day.
